Peters Chicken, Burger, Wings, & Seafood

Peter’s Chicken, Burger, Wings, & Seafood located in DFW, on Abrams St, in Arlington, Tx. Open seven days a week, offering delivery and takeout this place has great prices and tasty food. Peter’s Chicken, Burger, Wings, & Seafood was one of those places that you always saw because it was right next to your favorite burger joint but never took a chance to go too, wondering how their food tasted? They were over-flown with good reviews online and our built-up curiosity from regularly dining at the neighboring food business. We finally had an empty belly and time on our hands. We mustered up the courage to finally try the mystery food spot.

Now, I must admit this place never really seemed too inviting; Maybe that was probably because we rarely saw cars there. When you do not see too many cars, you wonder if the food is good? , or do we always come during slow hours? At first look, my husband and I thought this place was a regular chicken spot (the sign only said “Peter’s Chicken”). Peter’s Chicken, Burger, Wings, & Seafood is just the complete opposite! Let me tell you; you will literately find everything here from gyros to fried rice to snow cones and Philly cheesesteaks! Believe me, if you ever get the chance to stop by this restaurant, their menu is extensive. It might take you a minute to decide.

As for the food, it was cheap for the amount of food that you get. We ordered the 10pc chicken strip dinner with fries. All in all, it was 7.98 for the 10pc tenders and just under 2$ for the side of fries. Our whole meal there came under $10. The chicken tenders from there were seasoned and very tasty. The chicken tenders were not small at all or overly crispy. The french fries were also seasoned thick crinkle cut and taste great. We practically killed them before we got to try the chicken. The food also came with bread rolls. The bread rolls were plain but good, not dry. There are more than enough options for even the pickiest eater, and it’s a place worth trying again after our first adventure eating there!

Update:

We decided to take a trip back to Peter’s Chicken, Burger, Wings, & Seafood! This go-round, we chose to order something different on the menu. I ordered a hamburger with tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, with fries, and a lemonade. My husband ordered a sprite with a Philly cheesesteak. We did not know what to expect; I must admit the hamburger was big, juicy, and very well seasoned. It was good & it only cost about 6$ for the burger, fries, and drink. It was money well spent. As for Philly, my husband did not care for his food too much, and this is the reason why the meat and bread were not nasty but, it tasted better fresh and hot than cooled down. Also, the cheese they put on it was a different cheese that was more like string cheese; it did not go well on the sandwich, and the cheese made it worse for reheating at the house. Although my husband did not like his meal, it did not steer us away from going back. We will eat here again, a tasty place for cheap eats with gigantic portions!

So next time you are in Arlington, Tx, or a nearby area wanting to save money and get a tasty meal. Do not forget to pass by Peter’s Chicken, Burger, Wings, & Seafood with an empty tummy ready to eat!
